Thanks for posting this Lorraine. While we didn;t see a lot of your smiling face on the clinic this time, you were always there in spirit! Have a GREAT time in San Francisco and we will see you at the party in November.

Good luck Lorraine, have a wonderful time. It sounds like it is going to be an awsome experience and I can't wait to see your Tiffany & Co hardware. Wish Annie and Cari well and we look forward to hearing all about it when you get back.

Enjoy! You worked hard.

Go Lorraine, Annie and Cari! Have a fantastic time on the streets of San Fransisco - don't forget to tell us all about it when you get back ( I particularly like the sound of the chocolate stop!) B'Ann & I are already considering this one for next Fall!

Good luck ladies

Hey everyone!
I echoed what Lorraine said, we missed you guys training this summer but Dave's word still guided us along the way! And we were thinking of you guys as we put in our miles on the road. Race day is fast approaching and I am so excited to leave for San Fran! Looking forward to racing and shopping with the girls, no husband, no kids for 4 whole days!
Going for a PB too which shouldn't be hard considering the disaster in Ottawa...as long as it is not 41 degree with the humidex I will be laughing!
We'll be at the party, showing off our Tiffany necklace and trading stories with everyone,
Annie

ok I've got my bags packed and I've gone over the checklist twice. I'm nervous as all get out. We leave in the morning. I can't believe that summer has come and gone already. I really enjoyed the training...now it is time to enjoy the race. I'd never have gotten through those mid week runs as religously as we did without my training buddy Jamie. Tom thanks for getting us organized each Sunday. See ya at the party

Hi Lynn- it was nice seeing you at the store and I'm confident your new runners watch will blast out "WALK-BREAK! WALK-BREAK!" everytime you need it on the marathon route! :-)

Enjoy your "day at the matinees" on Saturday and give the rest of the girls a big high-five for me. And remember,...it's worth the wait for the guy in the tux!

Hey Girls, Congratulations on completing your marathon today. I was following you online, the weather looked great for that 42 km long run! Don't forget to declare your "bling" when you hit the border and we all look forward to hearing your stories!

Hi Lorraine, Cari and Annie:

Congratulations on your completion of the San Francisco Marathon. From Larraine’s description, it sounds like a nice marathon although a tough course.
Congratulations and see you at the re-union.

Way to go. We trained together and you still kicked my butt running on a course with Hills!!

Great job, I want to hear all the stories and see the jewelry.

Congratulations,
